Despite the clear shift towards greater smartphones usage, smartphones remain tricky for completing various tasks that are simple on a desktop. This idea is reinforced by consumer behaviour. If a consumers sees something he or she want to buy on a smartphone, the top behaviour remains waiting until they are on a PC or laptop (31%), followed by going to the shop or website (22%).
